Semi-detached apartment completed in 2013, total area 65 m², of which approx. 10 m² is the low loft. On the ground floor, a high living room kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and wardrobes. From the living room, a steep ladder leads to a low loft with separate beds for three. Washroom/shower/toilet and sauna with electric stove. Access to the terrace from the living room, which overlooks the lake. Baby gates at the top and bottom of the loft stairs. Sofa bed for 1-2 persons in living room. Sotkamo 4 km, Vuokatti 9 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta/spa 11 km. Lake Sotkamojärvi, distance approx. 70 m, the beach is not suitable for swimming (natural). The holiday apartment can be used from 16:00 on the day of arrival, until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. No pets. Final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen (including sheets and towels) can be reserved for an additional fee.
