The ground floor also houses a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and private bathroom with a shower and a WC. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with two separate beds. The exit from this bedroom leads directly to a glazed terrace where an inviting hot tub awaits, ready to provide relaxing moments and a perfect holiday experience. The ground floor also accommodates a third bedroom (two separate beds), a sauna, a bathroom, and a separate WC – all thoughtfully designed to enhance your holiday comfort. In the hallway, there is an additional bed and a sofa bed, ensuring comfortable sleep for everyone. The location is ideal, close to the center of Levi, and full of opportunities for outdoor activities on jogging trails, cycling paths, ski trails, and snowmobile routes. The building also has a bike shed in the yard. The parking area of the building has parking spaces, and you can choose an available one. Parking is free, but there is a fee for car heating or charging an electric/hybrid car (25 cents/kWh in 2024, price subject to change) via the Easy Park app, which the tenant needs to download. Levi Center is 2 km away by road. There is a walking and cycling path to Levi Center. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (pet fee per reservation).
